Lauren Lovelace, PT, DPT

Lauren is a sports and orthopedic physical therapist with a specialization in Active Release Techniques, movement analysis, running, and endurance athletics.

Lauren graduated from Azusa Pacific University in Southern California with her doctorate in physical therapy. Originally from Washington state, she earned her B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology from Seattle Pacific University.

Lauren found her calling in physical therapy through early participation in competitive downhill skiing and cross-county running and later as a coach for endurance runners and triathletes. She is a biomechanist at heart and delights in the feat of human movement, design and performance.

Her therapeutic emphasis includes movement analysis, functional movement, motor control, and movement quality as it relates to injury, with treatment combining manual therapy and exercise. 

Lauren specializes in working with endurance athletes, runners, cyclists and triathletes, yet embraces working with patients of all disciplines and activity levels. 

Lauren is a Certified Movement Therapist through the Movement Links Certification. She also is undergoing the long term track and training in DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization), which is a manual rehabilitation approach designed to optimize the control and efficiency of the movement system. This approach places a strong emphasis on proper core stabilization, breathing, functional and developmental positions and activating proper movement via the central nervous system(brain).

Lauren strives to create a comfortable healing environment, placing a strong emphasis on communication and education to assist patients with their individual rehabilitation needs. "My goal for patients is to help them move away from pain, move smarter and stronger and to gain the tools to live a healthy and active life forever." 

Lauren personally is an avid long distance runner, yet enjoys all outdoor activities including cycling, hiking, trail running, traveling, skiing, playing with her dogs, and spending time with family and friends.


Shayna Wilner, PT, DPT, OCS

Shayna is a physical therapist who received both her B.S. and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Boston University. She was a competitive figure skater and her experience as an athlete fostered her interest in sports medicine and rehabilitation. 

Shayna furthered her education and became board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2018. She is an experienced therapist who utilizes a spectrum of treatment approaches in the clinic including movement analysis, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to help her patients maximize their potential and get back to the activities they love. She has completed the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) level 1 and is certified in Active Release Therapy (ART) for the lower extremity. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and actively continues to expand her skill set through continuing education. 

In addition to her orthopedic expertise, Shayna has taught figure skating professionally and various fitness classes. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, working out, and spending time with her family.

Mary Finn, PT, DPT

Mary is a Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapist that specializes in orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation. Mary also specializes with running rehabilitation as a former D1 collegiate cross country and track runner. Mary is a certified Active Release Techniques clinician with a strong manual therapy skillset as well as a focus on movement analysis and re-education.
