Movement Shift PT is a Cash-Based PT clinic, otherwise known as fee for service physical therapy. What this means is we are not contracted with insurance companies and do not directly bill insurance. HOWEVER, you may request a superbill that you can submit to insurance for any available out-of-network benefits.

As an out of network provider, Movement Shift PT is able to provide care that is superior to the type of care you would typically receive at an in-network clinic. AND, depending on your deductibles and benefits with insurance, you may actually save money!

$195 Evaluation (1.5hr)
$140 Follow-up visit/Daily visit (1hr)

Packages
4pack: $120/visit

All payments are made via cash, check or credit/debit card. If applicable, you may also use your Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account dollars on physical therapy.
